Refund expectations for Chinese Color Atlas digital resource packs.

Digital purchases

Chinese Color Atlas resource packs are digital downloads delivered through Polar checkout and the Polar Customer Portal.

Refund eligibility

Because downloads are digital goods, refunds may be limited once files have been delivered or accessed. If you purchased the wrong pack or cannot access the files, contact support.

Quality issues

If a delivered file is corrupted, missing, or materially different from the product description, contact support and we will provide a replacement or evaluate a refund.
